Reblocking & Restumping

Reblocking involves replacing older timber stumps with new, more durable concrete stumps. Depending on the age and condition of the home, reblocking can involve replacing some or all of the stumps.

Underpinning

Underpinning is used to strengthen your home’s footings and prevent damage to brick walls.
Signs to look out for include Large cracks in brick works, large gaps around windows and out of level walls

Levelling

The main reason homes move that have concrete stumps is soil movement due to soil moisture change.
